     濟南一諾試驗機根據從業15年的經驗首先講了試驗機的基本定義、分類與一些重要商的成果。第二部分論述了所想到的四種方案并對這些方案優缺點作了分析和對比。前三種方案均為利用滾珠絲杠，最后一種則利用液壓。第三部分則是說明了試驗機的主要機械傳動部分的設計以及對它們的校核過程。試驗機的傳動部分主要由蝸輪蝸桿、錐齒輪、滾珠絲杠三部分組成。經過校核后所有設計均符合要求。用ProE軟件完成試驗機的三維總裝圖，然后得到了整個試驗機的二維裝配圖和蝸輪蝸桿、錐齒輪、軸等二維零件圖。
